In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

In the United States, refunds must comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, and the return period may vary by state.

Returns are only accepted if: âś… The product is in its original condition, unused, and with tags. âś… It is returned in its original packaging. âś… The return request is made within the allowed period.

Returns are not accepted for: ❌ Personalized products. ❌ Discounted or clearance items. ❌ Hygiene or personal care products.

  • Reason for the return.

  • Photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

You will receive instructions on how to return the product. Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
